AES MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT NOTES:
1: The AES maintenance agreement scheme provides the following benefits:
* The facility to call an AES engineer any time 24 hour / 7 days a week including Public & National Holidays should an emergency occur.
* One annual maintenance visit for audible only security systems
* Two annual maintenance visits for audible & monitored security systems which are connected to our 24 hour / 7 days a week NSI / NACOSS approved Alarm Receiving Centre [ARC].
* FREE calls to attend to system failures during normal business hours.
2: Scheduled Maintenance inspections are arranged on an AM or PM appointment basis.
3: Payment of the annual premium is made in advance and is payable to our maintenance engineer at the time of his inspection. This ensures un-interrupted service should an emergency occur.
4: The annual premium is always kept to the minimum, any increase would closely follow the published rate of inflation for the duration of the agreement.
5: Warranty replacement parts required during the first TWO YEARS following installation will be supplied FREE OF CHARGE provided any works are carried out during normal office hours.
* Replacement parts outside the warranty period will be charged in accordance with the prevailing price list.
* An inexpensive extended warranty scheme becomes available if required at the end of initial two year warranty period.
6: AES clients with a current maintenance agreement are eligible for a discount on all other services and products available from the company. These include LOCKS, SAFES, GRILLES, COLLAPSIBLE GATES, MOTORISED GATES, DATA NETWORKS, TELEPHONY & FIRE ALARMS.
